Ready to find out the result of the debate Jura E8 Vs Miele 6350? After testing these quite expensive mid-range espresso machines, I have decided that Jura E8 is the final winner.
The Jura E8 wins thanks to its calibrated dose control, delicious coffee, and superior brewing powers. It has 15 customizable recipes that customers may brew with the touch of a fingertip, which puts it ahead of Babila in our comparison. My experience with the machine suggests that every facet of its operation is important to consider.
Although the Miele CM 6350 is a quality espresso maker, its pricing is too high, given its features and technological advancements. It has a great espresso flavor, a standard 5-setting grinder, and an automated milk frother. But given the exorbitant price, I’m just not convinced by its features.

Jura E8 Vs Miele 6350: Differences
Jura E8 wins 3-1 against Miele 6350. Thanks to its consistent pump pressure, the espresso always tastes rich and balanced. And the machine boasts a much more impressive set of beverages. Miele 6350 can’t win the round.
Espresso extraction
Winner: Jura E8
Jura E8’s pulse extraction is much more stable than Miele 6350’s pump pressure. More or less, I perceive these technologies as the same concept but in different names. What makes the difference is how Miele 6350 doesn’t know how to work it in the long run. At first, I get to enjoy very bold espresso with this device. But after a few months of testing, it started to lose pressure and even struggle when sucking milk up for frothing.

It’s not the same case with Jura E8. Its pressure work remains potent after almost 2 years of working (I bought E8 long before Miele 6350). After all this time, I can still extract nutty and potent espresso, which is almost obligatory when someone purchases such an expensive home mid-range machine.
Milk system
Winner: Jura E8
Since Miele struggles with pressure work and water flow, it can barely suck milk up for frothing anymore. At first, the milk system worked like a charm, and I found it even better than the milk texture that Jura E8 offers. The microfoam was creamier yet still airy enough for latte macchiato or cappuccino. It was perfect! When the pressure started to behave badly, the milk circuit began to dispense water before pouring some milk foam into my cup.
This situation calls for a warranty, which I have used to return the machine for fixing. Hopefully, this will improve the problem.
As for Jura E8, the machine has been consistently frothing milk foam that adjusts itself according to your chosen recipe. If you choose latte macchiato, you can easily see the beverage with 3 layers of milk foam, espresso, and steamed milk. If you choose flat white, you can easily see how the slightly creamy milk mixes with espresso.
Also, Jura E8 offers more control over the milk system’s programmability. It’s possible to adjust the milk foam’s length and texture. As for Miele 6350, the milk length is the only thing I can change.
One-touch beverages
Winner: Jura E8
The one-touch recipes are an important design aspect that any user must consider before purchasing an espresso machine. It decides whether a super-automatic is actually versatile and convenient or not. And with this pair, the one that boasts a larger collection of one-touches is Jura E8.

- Miele CM 6350: espresso, coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato
- Jura E8: espresso, coffee, caffe barista, lungo barista, espresso doppio, cortado, espresso macchiato, cappuccino, cappuccino extra shot, flat white, flat white extra shot, latte macchiato, latte macchiato extra shot, portion of milk foam, and hot water.
With this obvious comparison, it’s more worthwhile choosing Jura E8 if you have a flexible taste for coffee daily.
User profiles
Winner: Miele 6350
Since Jura E8 doesn’t come with the various user profiles feature, Miele 6350 easily wins the round. The device boasts a total of 4 profiles where each user can save their adjustments for recipes without affecting other users’ experience, and they won’t bother your coffee preference either. So, with Jura E8, it’s best to own it when it’s a small group of maximum 3 users. As for Miele 6350, a larger group can put it to work with efficiency and privacy.
Some of the programmable features that you can expect with the pair are: coffee strength, coffee volume, brewing temperature, and milk length.

Jura E8 Vs Miele 6350: Similarities
Check out the similarities between Jura E8 and Miele 6350 here!
Grinder
These machines’ ceramic grinders can grind even batches of coffee powder to ensure optimum flavor performance. They boast more or less the same range of coarse levels as well, with Jura E8 and its 6 settings and Miele 6350 and its 5 levels. What I like about these machines’ grinders is that they are quick and quiet. They take no time to finish grinding a batch for cappuccino or espresso. Very quick on their feet while not skipping texture quality!
Drinks’ temperature and heating element
With their single Thermoblock, these models don’t struggle when bringing water up to a good temperature for good espresso brewing. I’m impressed because the non-milk-based drinks reach around 175-180°F with ease. With drinks like cappuccinos or latte macchiatos, the temperature is lower due to milk not being able to reach the same temperature as espresso (the usual).

I am Ralph Mason and I am a passionate coffee drinker. I worked as a barista for a few years and since 2012 I have been trying to convince as many people as possible of good coffee.
I started writing on the barista blog on RepublikCoffeeBar in 2018. It was a pure hobby site and I tested coffee products like coffee machines, beans, mug, and other accessories. After the first year, my blog is becoming a well-known coffee site with about 100 thousand visits per month.
In 2019 I decided to focus on RepublikCoffeeBar only. I became a full-time coffee blogger and was declared crazy by many.
