But, 2 espresso machine brands chip in to make their own version of the Nespresso device. And after testing both, Breville convinces me more than Delonghi.
Breville Nespresso Vertuo Next has exceptional stability and consistently produces delicious coffee, cup after cup and capsule after capsule. It is quite simple to clean the machine; all you need to do is start the brewing cycle without a capsule in it. This Nespresso is the one I would choose.
On the contrary, the Delonghi Nespresso Vertuo Next may produce excellent coffee, but I have encountered leaks with this model. Its performance is generally less slick and steady, even though the exterior design is identical.

Breville Nespresso Vertuo Next wins 2-0 and ties twice against Delonghi Nespresso Vertuo Next. It brews delicious espresso and doesn’t have a problem with leaking. I genuinely prefer it over the version of Delonghi.
Heating system
Winner: Breville Nespresso Vertuo Next
The heating system needs to work rapidly because they are capsule machines. Each member of the duo has a powerful Thermoblock element. They both use a single boiler and a 37 oz water tank to brew coffee in capsule form. The espresso maker boils the water in around 25 seconds, and it takes 60 seconds to make a single or double espresso.
Regarding the flavor, I have no issues. You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars every time you go to Starbucks because both machines provide excellent, aromatic coffee.
Contrarily, the Breville Vertuo Next operates much more steadily. It does create some noise during brewing, but I have never discovered anything wrong with it. On the other hand, the Delonghi started to leak through the bottom of the water tank after a few months. Actually, I was upset about this mistake since I couldn’t figure out how to correct it on my own. I had to return the device so it could be fixed under warranty.
Espresso extraction

I can attest that the instruction is accurate after giving it a try. I am pleased with the milk foam that this machine can generate. It helps us prepare cappuccinos without a doubt.
Cleaning

Cleaning the Breville Nespresso Vertuo Next is easier because it doesn’t leak. Since the capsules are spun dry before being placed in the container, I never make a mess when I empty them. On the other hand, the Delonghi hasn’t been fun to clean. It overflows across my kitchen stand and even gets into the dreg drawer.
However, I won’t say that this is a common error. Leaking through the water tank isn’t a functional error. It’s more of how the parts are assembled. In normal cases, with a cleaning capsule, the machines will be odorless and spotless in a few minutes without any issues.
